Silver Airways Launching Service from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport
Once again Silver Airways is expanding its Florida flying and launching service from its 11th Sunshine State airport: St. Pete-Clearwater International. Today Silver Airways announced it is starting nonstop service from St. Pete-Clearwater to both Fort Lauderdale and Key West on March 12, 2015. The two new routes are not currently being serviced from St. Pete-Clearwater.
Starting March 12, 2015, Silver will operate two daily flights between St. Pete-Clearwater and Fort Lauderdale, and a daily flight between St. Pete-Clearwater and Key West.
In addition to the new nonstop flights, the new service provides convenient connections to Jacksonville and the seven destinations that Silver serves in the Bahamas, including Freeport and North Eleuthera.
“As further demonstration of Silver Airways’ continued commitment to State of Florida residents and visitors, we are looking forward to launching service from St.
Pete-Clearwater International Airport,” said Silver Airways CEO Sami Teittinen.
