Ryanair Calls on High Fare Airlines To Drop Fuel Surcharges & Pass on Oil Price Savings To Consumers
Ryanair, Europe’s favourite airline, today (3 Feb) called on high fare airlines such as BA and Virgin to drop their fuel surcharges and pass on the savings made by falling oil prices to customers. Ryanair has never, and will never, charge its customers fuel surcharges and is urging UK customers not to pay unnecessary charges by avoiding high fare airlines.
Ryanair is also calling on all airlines operating in the UK, including Flybe, Jet 2, Monarch, Thomson and Thomas Cook, to confirm they do not impose fuel surcharges on customers.
