Government announces new Foreign Trade Policy

To Boost the export, Government of India recently reviewed and announced the new Foreign Trade Policy and has come out with the incentive schemes for the Service Sector as well. Travel Agents and Tour operators can claim five per cent of the net foreign exchange earned from Government of India. However, the detailed procedures, wording etc. need to be checked.

This policy will be applicable from 2015 to 2020. More clarifications are awaited and it will take a few days.
