The Travel Corporation celebrates 10th anniversary of opening of first office in China

International travel group, The Travel Corporation (TTC) recently celebrated ten years since the opening of its first office in Beijing, China. This was followed by the opening of offices in Shanghai and Hangzhou. TTC has been handling groups from China to Europe for 17 years, and today the country represents TTC’s third largest market worldwide for both inbound and outbound travel, as per a release.

Travel Corporation Asia (TCA) was recently honoured to have been appointed by UTS Beijing to handle one of the largest Chinese groups ever to visit France. “In celebration of its 20th anniversary, Tiens Group’s President Li Jingyuan took 6,000 of his employees to Paris and the French Riviera from May 4-12,” said Fenella Bishop, President, Travel Corporation Asia. “Representing 15,000 room nights in 169 hotels in Paris, Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo, the group visited world famous sites such as The Louvre and Versailles, culminating in the setting of a new Guinness Book of Records award for the longest human chain on the Promenade des Anglais. Working together with tourism officials, alongside local police and security forces, we ensured the smooth logistics of 147 coaches dropping off and picking up guests at airports, stations, sightseeing venues, the Palais de Nikiai Congress Hall and the Promenade des Anglais. Overall, the operation was a seamless success,” added Bishop
