Malaysian government officially declares all passengers of MH370 dead

The Malaysian government has officially announced the disappearance of the Malaysia Airline flight MH370 saying that it was an accident and that there are no survivors left from the accident.

Officials have announced that the Beijing bound aircraft has not been found since its disappearance on March 8th, 2014.

They also declared that the 239 people on board as officially dead and the ongoing rescue operation have failed to recover any trace of the aircraft.

The plane may have been lost in the Southern Indian Ocean, was not found despite vigorous search operations conducted internationally.

With the declaration the airline will need to provide compensation payments to the relatives of the victims.
