Jet Airways rejigs loyalty programme

NEW DELHI: Private carrier Jet AirwaysBSE -2.66 % has rejigged its loyalty programme offering members enhanced benefits including linking tier-points to the distance and frequency of travel as well as value of the ticket, the airline today said.

 Tier-points and tier JPMiles required to qualify for the Blue Plus tier have been reduced, making it simpler and easier to move up the elite tiers, a release said.

The loyalty programme JetPrivilege currently offers five membership tiers-Blue, Blue Plus and Elite with Silver, Gold and the exclusive Platinum.

The new initiative allows JetPrivilege members to retain their existing tier level more easily, as well as progress faster through tier levels, the airline said.
